Did you reinstall the Sentinel USB key drivers as suggested? Sorry I cant be of more help. I accidentally altered the date but then back again.
They bought a new Windows 7 computer and according to Citect website version 7. What sort of protection key? I don't think Citect cares about the date at least they didn't used to.

Previously I tried running the projects in a virtual machine, VMWare, same issue. Multiply the support units by the associated dollar support level price. Your only other option would be to go back to XP and the old version.

If it's the Citect that "remembers it" maybe a re-install of Citect may help. This is obligatory to turn off the power supply and check the circuit with the voltmeter.
